1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Konectadu services, operated by Oryn Labs LLC ("Konectadu", "we"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of services

Konectadu offers eSIM connectivity plans for Brazilian travelers, providing mobile internet access in more than 200 countries with no physical SIM or roaming contract with your current carrier.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Own an eSIM-compatible device;
• Provide true and up-to-date registration information.

4. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you authorize the charge of the indicated amount. We accept PIX, credit card and other methods shown at checkout. Prices are in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and include all applicable taxes.

5. eSIM delivery and activation

After payment confirmation, the installation QR Code is sent to the registered email within 60 seconds. You are responsible for installing and activating the eSIM following the instructions sent. The eSIM is tied to the device and is not transferable.

6. Cancellation and refund

Cancellations are accepted within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided the eSIM has not been installed or activated. After activation, there is no refund for unused data. Verified technical issues are assessed individually by our support team.

7. Limitation of liability

Konectadu is not responsible for:

• Coverage failures in specific regions;
• Device incompatibility with eSIM;
• Indirect losses or damages arising from lack of connectivity;
• Instability caused by local partner carriers.

8. Acceptable use

Plans are for personal and individual use. Reselling, commercially sharing, or using the data for illegal activities is prohibited. Konectadu may suspend access that violates these guidelines.

8-A. Analytics and advertising tools

The site uses analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel + CAPI, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) managed via Google Tag Manager Server-Side. The use of these tools is conditional on your consent, collected through the cookie banner in compliance with Google Consent Mode v2 and the LGPD. By accepting marketing and analytics cookies, you authorize sending behavior and conversion data to the platforms listed in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All site content — brand, logos, texts, images and software — belongs to Oryn Labs LLC and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes are communicated by email or notice on the site. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The court of the district of São Paulo, SP, is elected to settle any disputes.
